DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- Courtney Mienkina of Savannah College of Art and Design has been selected as this week's Sun Conference Player of the Week for the week ending Mar. 27, conference officials announced Monday afternoon.
Mienkina led the Bees to a 2-0 week, picking up two wins against Thomas University. She hit her sixth home run of the season in the second of the two games, and totaled three RBI and six hits on the week.
The Bees currently sit at No. 18 in the nation and are 23-9 overall.
