2011 Recruit

SCAD Softball Coaching Staff would like to next welcome Briana Mateo to the 2011-2012 freshman class. Briana joins the Bees from Dallas, GA where she plays for the East Cobb Bullets, very reputable summer travel team, and also is a member of the Puerto Rico Jr. National Team. Briana is an outfielder and a right handed hitter. We are very excited for the level of play that Briana will bring to the team next year. With her power and speed, Briana will contribute right away to our batting lineup and we expect her to fit in right away with the current and recruited outfielders, making for a very competitive outfield next year. Briana is planning on either graphic design or photography while here at SCAD.
