DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- Kasey Keown of Savannah College of Art and Design was honored as this week's Sun Conference Player of the Week, the conference office announced Monday afternoon.
Keown led the Bees to a 3-3 week, batting .571 in six games played and picking up eight hits, including one home run. She batted .500 against the three top-five ranked teams scoring four runs.
The Bees are now 21-9 overall and ranked 23rd in the nation.
